Abstract

"INDICADOR DE COLOCAçãO DE TUBO GáSTRICO". A presente se refere a um dispositivo de colocação do tubo gástrico (10) tendo um indicador de dióxido de carbono (12). O indicador de dióxido de carbono (12) inclui uma carcaça retangular (18) que define uma passagem (44) em comunicação com as portas opostas (30, 32), que permitem que o fluxo axial passe substancialmente pela passagem (44) com um detector de dióxido de carbono (17) disposto nestas. Um conector de porta Y (16), tendo primeiras e segundas pernas (52. 54), em comunicação com uma porta principal (56) com um tubo gástrico (14) acoplado dentro do conector (16), é provido para inserção da extremidade distal do tubo gástrico (14) pelo esófago do paciente. O detector de dióxido de carbono (17) é disposto dentro da carcaça retangular (18) que é configurado para minimizar o espaço morto dentro da carcaça (18) e facilita o fluxo de ar axial substancialmente pela passagem (44) quando uma seringa ou um dispositivo para evacuar ar (50) é encaixado na carcaça retangular (18) e retira o ar da carcaça (18).
