Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR MANGUEIRA DE FOLHAS DE PLáSTICO EXTRUSADO". A presente invenção refere-se a aparelho que compreende um dispositivo de refrigeração interno e/ou externo de múltiplos estágios (40, 47) disposto coaxialmente com um orifício de extração (H) de uma matriz extrusora (E) e apresentando saídas tangenciais de múltiplos níveis para o refrigerante estabilizar uma seção não-estabilizada (M) da mangueira de folhas expandida (F) pelos fluxos de refrigerante espiais (46, 48). O dispositivo interno (40) compreende unidades de refrigeração (41 a 44) dispostas mutuamente a uma distância axial, circundando a seção de folha (M) através de uma abertura (G1). Cada unidade de refrigeração (41 a 44) é conectada a um suprimento de refrigerante (45) para suprir refrigerante de temperatura seletivamente ajustável. O dispositivo de refrigeração externo (47) compreende pelo menos duas unidades de refrigeração (47.1, 47.2 e 47.3) dispostas na distância axial entre si, circundando a seção de folha (M) através de uma abertura (G). Cada unidade de refrigeração (41 a 44) é provida com entradas tangenciais (17, 18) e é conectada a um suprimento de refrigerante (60) para suprir o refrigerante de temperatura e/u volume e/ou pressão seletivamente e individualmente ajustáveis.
