Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE CHá OU EXTRATO DE CHá RICO EM AMINOáCIDOS E PRODUTO DE CHá ACONDICIONADO". Trata-se de um processo para a fabricação de chá ou extrato de chá rico em aminoácidos. O processo faz uso de um material de partida de chá que compreende pelo menos 50% em peso do material de pé de chá colhido dentro de três horas antes e depois do nascer do sol e então o processamento do chá em um processo de chá convencional e o acondicionamento para obter um produto de chá vendável que compreende pelo menos 50% em peso do material de pé de chá colhido dentro de três horas antes e depois do nascer do sol. A observação que o chá tem mais aminoácidos próximo do nascer do sol resulta em um chá que é naturalmente rico em aminoácidos.
