" LAMINADO BIODEGRADáVEL, ARTIGO CONFORMADO BASEADO EM PAPEL BIODEGRADáVEL, SACO, EMBALAGEM CARTONADA OU OUTRO RECIPIENTE, ENVOLTóRIO DE EMBALAGEM E MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM ARTIGO CONFORMADO BASEADO EM PAPEL BIODEGRADáVEL". é divulgado um laminado biodegradável (10) adequado para uso em artigos baseados em papel conformado tais como recipientes para produtos alimentícios líquidos ou sólidos, quentes ou frios, compreendendo um substrato baseado em papel (12) tendo primeira e segunda camadas de copoliéster (14, 16) depositadas sobre pelo menos uma superfície de substrato (12), na substancial ausência de camadas poliféricas intercaladas entre a superfície do substrato e os copoliésteres (14, 16) depositados sobre a superfície do substrato.
