Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE CAIXAS DE AçO CONSISTINDO EM PELO MENOS DUAS PARTES DE CAIXA PARA GRUPOS INSTALADOS EM AUTOMóVEIS". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para produzir carcaças (20) de metal que são composta de duas partes de carcaça (4,12), de unidades montadas em veículos particularmente em veículos de transporte de cargas, onde é aplicada uma camada de proteção de corrosão composta de zinco ou de uma liga contendo zinco sobre uma parte saliente de uma parte de carcaça (4, 12) com a subseqüente parrivação, e efetuar uma junção positiva de uma borda (30) de uma parte de carcaça (12) por meio de um movimento relativo da parte da carcaça (4, 12), sendo alinhada de modo recíproco antecipadamente em relação a uma matriz (60), que deforma plasticamente a borda (30) da parte de carcaça (4) e /ou a borda (52) da parte de carcaça (12).
