Abstract
"DISPOSITIVOS E MéTODOS PARA FABRICAçãO INTEGRADA CONTìNUA DE MOLéCULAS BIOLóGICAS". Esta invenção se refere a um processo e um aparelho para purificar uma molécula de interesse proveniente de uma mistura fluida clarificada heterogênea. O aparelho da invenção geralmente consiste em um sistema de fermentação de perfusão contínua, um sistema de remoção contínua de partículas integrado ao sistema de fermentação de perfusão; e um sistema de purificação contínua integrado ao sistema de remoção de partículas, que é mantido sob condições estéreis. O processo consiste na filtração de uma mistura fluida clarificada e heterogênea pela ultrafiltração contínua a uma taxa de fluxo específica abaixo do ponto de transição da molécula de interesse na região de fluxo que depende da pressão em relação à curva TMP, em que a taxa de fluxo específica é mantida consideravelmente constante durante toda ultrafiltração contínua.
