Um composto representado pela fórmula (I), um de seus isómeros oticamente ativos, ou um de seus sais farmacêuticos aceitáveis em que R¬ 1¬ representa C~ 1~-C~ 12~ alquil; R¬ 2¬ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou similar; R¬ 3¬ representa um halogênio ou similar; q representa um inteiro de 1 a 7; R¬ 4¬ representa um halogênio ou similar; p representa 0 ou um inteiro de 1 a 5; R¬ 5¬ representa um c~ 6~-C~ 10~ aril, um heterociclo ou similar; e x representa oxigênio, NH, ou similar, que é usado no tratamento preventivo e/ou terapêutico de uma doença causada pela hiperatividade da proteína tau quinase 1 como uma doença neurodegenerativa (por exemplo, doença de alzheimer).
