Abstract

"ORDENADOR DE ESTEIRA ROLANTE TRANSVERSAL COM GUIA AUTOMATIZADO". Um ordenador bidirecional que utiliza um guia automatizado para desviar seletivamente artigos fora de uma esteira com superfície superior transversalmente rolante tendo rolos que se destacam acima de uma superfície externa da esteria. Uma estação de ordenação forma um segmento de uma linha de transmissão que leva artigos na direção da esteira transportadora. A estação de ordenação inclui uma esteira com sua parte superior rolante transversalmente tendo rolos que se destacam acima de uma superfície externa da esteira. Os rolos estão dispostos para girar ao redor de eixos na direção transportadora para fornecer uma superfície rolante de baixo atrito para artigos que estão sendo empurrados lateralmente na esteira. Um guia suspenso acima da esteira é posicionado sobre a esteira em posições para interceptar os artigos transportados e os orientar sobre os rolos até um lado da esteira ou o outro. O guia também é removível para uma posição de desvio que permite que artigos transportados passem livremente através da estação de ordenação.
