Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MOLDAGEM CONTìNUA DE SABõES OU PRODUTOS DETERGENTES MOLDADOS EM FUSãO". A presente invenção proporciona um sistema para moldagem contínua de produtos moldados em fusão tais como sabões, detergentes e semelhantes. O citado sistema compreende, dentre outros, uma unidade de molde horizontal ou inclinada para favorecer a solidificação/moldagem da composição moldada em fusão durante sua travessia através da unidade de molde e meio para proporcionar uma resistência ao fluxo da massa em fusão para garantir o enchimento uniforme da massa em fusão, livre de bolsas de ar, durante a partida do sistema.
