Abstract

Processo para a formação rápida de um aerossol constante e respectivos bocais para a execução do processo. A presente invenção tem a tarefa de fornecer um processo para a formação rápida de um aerossol muito constante com uma longa permanência em suspensão e os respectivos bocais para a execução do processo, especialmente para o combate a pragas, os defensivos agrícolas e a desinfecção, que é capaz de distribuir os mais diversos fluidos de aerossol em pó ou em forma líquida em partículas de aerossol de tamanho quase que idêntico, finissimas com uma longa permanência em suspensão. No processo, em uma unidade de tempo predefinida Ti, por meio de um bocal, uma concentração da substância ativa suficiente em forma de um aerossol é distribuída sobre uma área predefinida, e isto precisamente antes que começa a decomposição da substância ativa do aerossol. Para esta finalidade são usados bocais anelares ou de fenda chata especiais. Uma variação da execução do bocal anelar consiste de um bocal anelar de ar interno (1), cercado por um bocal anelar do aerossol (3) que por sua vez é cercado por um bocal anelar de ar externo (6). O bocal anelar do aerossol (3) possui uma abertura de entrada (5) lateral para o fluido do aerossol. A entrada de ar (7) para o bocal anelar de ar externo (6) também está disposta lateralmente. O campo de uso da presente invenção é o campo de agrotóxicos e do combate a pragas.
