Abstract

MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO DE DESMOLDAGEM. Um método e um equipamento de desmoldagem para redução de mossas produzidas em um produto bruto de fundição. O método inclui as etapas de posicionamento de um componente superior de caixa de moldagem comum sobre um componente inferior de caixa de moldagem comum para combinação, de modo que um canal de alimentação para o componente superior e o componente inferior de caixa de moldagem comum se volte para cima; reversão do componente superior e o componente inferior de caixa de moldagem comum após eles serem vazados com metal fundido, de modo que o canal de alimentação se volte para baixo; e extração de um componente superior, de um componente inferior e de um produto bruto de fundição a partir do componente superior e do componente inferior de caixa de moldagem comum revertidos, com o canal de alimentação voltado para baixo, de cima para baixo.
