Abstract
TRATAMENTO DE CORRENTES DE HIDROCARBONETO DE ALTA MASSA MOLAR. Ou processo de remoção de contaminantes de uma corrente de hidrocarboneto de alta massa molar no processamento de hidrocarboneto. Etapa para a formação e crescimento de partículas que incluem o contaminante, com partículas de tamanho suficiente para facilitar a remoção destas, inserindo-se fluído aquoso, o qual pode incluindo um ácido (água e ácido orgânico ou água e ácido maléico). Em outra etapa, a remoção de, no mínimo, algumas das partículas da corrente do processo através de uma ou mais operações unitárias de remoção de partícula, preferivelmente em operações de filtração, em condições de temperatura elevada. A corrente de hidrocarboneto de alta massa molecular podendo ser uma cera sintética, produzida do gás de síntese via reação de Fischer-Tropsch e o fluído aquoso podendo ser uma corrente de água (inclusive água de processo). A corrente de hidrocarboneto com o fluido aquoso misturado sendo passada através de um misturador em temperatura adequada, inclusive temperatura elevada, passada em um recipiente de mistura para a geração de partículas, com pressão controlada, para uma mistura de duas fases em qualquer lugar no sistema, mesmo através do filtro, estabelecendo-se uma pressão mínima, obtendo-se um nível de contaminantes na corrente de hidrocarboneto tratada, até abaixo de 1ppm.
