Abstract

MáQUINA PARA FABRICAR UMA FOLHA DE MATERIAL. A invenção se refere a uma prensa (1) em uma máquina para fabricar ou processar uma folha de material (2), em especial, uma folha fibrosa (2), com um cilindro (7), cuja superfície lateral (8) é envolvida em conjunto, no mínimo em uma zona de contato (9), por no mínimo uma correia de compressão (4), uma correia de suporte (5) e uma correia transportadora de água (6), sendo que a correia transportadora de água (6) está em contato internamente com a superfície lateral (8) do cilindro (7), a correia de compressão (4) está disposta externamente e a correia de suporte (5) está disposta entre a correia de compressão (4) e a correia transportadora de água (6), sendo que a folha de material (2) é conduzida entre a correia de suporte (5) e a correia transportadora de água (6) pela zona de contato (9), bem como sendo que a correia de compressão (4) é recolhida pela correia de suporte (5) na extremidade da zona de contato (9) e, em seguida, a correia de suporte (5) com a folha de material (2) recolhida pela correia transportadora de água (6).
