Abstract

REATOR E MéTODO PARA SìNTESE DE ACETATO DE VINILA EM FASE GASOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um reator de síntese e a um método de produção de acetato de vinila, no qual etileno gasoso e ácido acético, bem como oxigênio ou gases contendo oxigênio reagem de forma catalítica, com o reator de síntese sendo um reator de parede no qual a síntese catalítica ocorre em várias câmaras de reação que são menores do que 2000 <109>m, preferencialmente menores do que 1000 <109>m, em pelo menos uma dimensão, em relação à seção transversal de fluxo livre, cujas paredes resfriadas indiretamente são revestidas com um catalisador de paládio - ouro.
