Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA A MEDIçãO DE QUANTIDADES DE LEITE, EM PARTICULAR, DURANTE O PROCESSO DE ORDENHA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a medição do fluxo de massa, em particular, de um líquido espumante, compreendendo um dispositivo de medição com dois eletrodos e, pelo menos, um meio elétrico, para a geração de um parâmetro elétrico, e um dispositivo de análise. O meio elétrico está conectado ao primeiro eletrodo em dois pontos remotos, de tal modo a ser ligado em paralelo com o primeiro eletrodo. O segundo eletrodo está conectado ao primeiro eletrodo por meio do dispositivo de análise.
