Abstract
AMBIENTE DE MOLDAGEM INTELIGENTE E MéTODO DE CONTROLAR TONELAGEM DE SUJEIçãO APLICADA. Em vez de desenvolver tonelagem de fechamento total para uma porção substancial da duração de um ciclo de injeção, o controle de circuito fechado da pressão de sujeição (como através do controle de pistões hidráulicos) permite que a pressão de sujeição equilibre exatamente, porém preferivelmente exceda levemente, a pressão de injeção instantânea. Uma primeira abordagem simula o perfil de pressão de injeção com tempo, pelo que tonelagem aplicada varia com o tempo de acordo com as medições de pressão sentidas. Uma segunda abordagem considera informações de pressão de injeção historicamente acumuladas ou pré-armazenadas e, em vez de variar a tonelagem, aplica uma tonelagem constante que reflete a pressão de injeção máxima gravada ou mais provável de ser experimentada no molde (como gravado armazenado em uma tabela de consulta associada à configuração de molde específica) . Um controlador de máquina (80, 82) causa a aplicação de tonelagem aplicada através da prensa (16, 17) e tirantes (19,20) de uma máquina de moldagem por injeção (10). Sensores de pressão (66-74) localizados em uma superfície de molde (50) , em relação aos componentes de pilha (58-64) e/ou em relação uma trajetória de fechamento de força permitem que um microprocessador (82) controle tonelagem de fechamento de sujeição aplicada. Desse modo, o sistema consome menos energia e o desgaste de componentes é reduzido.
