Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM REVESTIMENTO DE MULTICAMADAS, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM REVESTIMENTO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE DE UM SUBSTRATO POLIMéRICO ORGáNICO, ESTRUTURA COMPOSTA, MATERIAL DE VITRIFICAçAO E AUTOMóVEL OU EDIFìCIO. Processo para preparar um revestimento de multicamadas sobre uma superfície de um substrato polimérico orgânico tendo uma primeira e uma segunda superfície por meio de deposição por descarga brilhante em pressão atmosférica, as etapas do processo compreendendo de depositar uma camada (primeira camada) de um composto organossilícico, opticamente transparente, polimerizado por plasma sobre a superfície do substrato polimérico orgânico por deposição por descarga brilhante em pressão atmosférica de uma mistura gasosa compreendendo um reagente contendo silício e opcionalmente um oxidante numa primeira etapa e a partir daí numa segunda etapa depositar uma camada substancialmente uniforme (segunda camada) de um composto siloxano polimérico ou óxido de silício sobre a superfície exposta da dita primeira camada por deposição por descarga brilhante em pressão atmosférica de uma mistura gasosa compreendendo um oxidante e um reagente contendo silício, sendo que o revestimento de multicamadas tem uma espessura de pelo menos 2 <109>m, e uma resistência à abrasão demonstrando uma mudança menor ou igual a 20 unidades de delta névoa após 500 ciclos de Tabor, medida de acordo com ASTM D 1044, rodas CS10F, peso de 500 g.
