Sistema de fechamento e abertura com servo-mecanismo de alavanca para panela de pressão. Onde um sistema de fechamento e abertura com servo-mecanismo de alavanca para panela de pressão do tipo compreendendo um cabo (1) tipo alavanca, uma tampa (2) flexível, e um membro transversal (3) em formato de arco com a superfície curva ou dorso voltado em direção ao cabo, é caracterizado pelo fato de que o dito sistema compreende um garfo (4) conectado ao cabo tipo alavanca com uma primeira dobradiça (8) e à tampa flexível com uma segunda dobradiça (9), e uma terceira dobradiça (7) para a conexão entre dito cabo e o membro transversal (3) de modo a reduzir a força a ser aplicada ao cabo (1) tipo alavanca.
