Abstract

PLACA EM CAMADAS COMPóSITAS, PORTA DE PROTEçãO CONTRA FOGO, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA PLACA EM CAMADAS COMPóSITAS. A invenção refere-se a uma placa em camada de compósito que contém pelo menos a) uma camada de proteção contra fogo (A) que tem uma massa intumescente à base de um silicato de metal alcalino e que é aplicada em ambos os lados, b) camadas de proteção (B e B') e c) uma camada de substrato (C) constituída de madeira, placa de gesso, gesso ou placas de silicato de cálcio ou de uma camada à prova de fogo adicional. A invenção também se refere a um processo para a produção e ao uso da mesma com um material de cerne para uma porta corta-fogo.
