Abstract

FECHO DE CáPSULA. A invenção refere-se a um fecho de cápsula, cuja tampa compreende um receptáculo (2) que é formado sobre a cobertura interior da tampa e que se ajusta ao interior de uma correspondente parte de bocal roscado (3). Uma associada cápsula de recepção selada com filme (8) pode ser travada no interior do receptáculo (2), com o filme voltado para baixo (9), de modo que o filme de selagem (9) encosta contra o diâmetro interno da tampa (1). Um ressalto circular que se projeta para dentro (10) é configurado no interior da parte de bocal roscado (3) abaixo da cápsula de recepção inserida (8). Vários elementos de perfuração e/ou corte fixos e/ou deslocáveis (12) são formados sobre a borda interna (11) do referido ressalto (10). Uma tira de evidência de violação (15) é suportada sobre a ressalto (17) que se projeta radialmente para fora abaixo da borda de tampa inferior da tampa fixada (1). Tendo sido uma vez a referida tira removida, a tampa (1) pode ser empurrada para baixo sobre a parte de bocal roscado (3), causando com que os elementos de perfuração e/ou corte (12) abram por corte o filme (9). A seção (14) da parte de bocal roscado (3) que se situa abaixo da ressalto (10) pode ser configurada como uma luva ou flange.
