Abstract

HOMOPOLìMERO OU COPOLìMERO DE ETILENO E PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO COM INICIAçãO VIA RADICAIS LIVRES. A presente invenção refere-se a um homopolímero ou copolímero de etileno caracterizado por ter ramificação de cadeia longa, e ter uma distribuição de peso molecular, Mw/Mn, e uma GPC-LALLS CDF, que satisfaz a seguinte relação: y <242> 0,0663x - 0,015, na qual y= GPC- LALLS CDF e x= Mw/Mn medido por GPC convencional, uma linha traçada de onde o cromatograma de LS cruza com peso molecular 350.000 e peso molecular 1.150.000 ter uma inclinação positiva, preferivelmente com um índice de fusão entre 0,15 e 2000 g/10 minutos. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um processo de polimerização com iniciação via radicais livres para a preparação de polímeros ou copolímeros de etileno compreendendo reagir etileno e opcionalmente um ou mais comonómeros numa pressão elevada, convenientemente entre 13.000 psig e 100.000 psig, e em temperaturas de reator de 115 °C a 400 °C, preferivelmente 125-400 °C, mais preferivelmente 140-350 °C, especialmente 165-320 °C, num sistema de reatores compreendendo pelo menos um reator tubular, e pelo menos um reator autoclave, sendo que a alimentação de monómeros nos reatores é dividida em múltiplas correntes de alimentação de monómeros, e sendo que pelo menos uma corrente de alimentação de monómeros no reator tubular consiste essencialmente de monâmero não reagido.
