Abstract

MASSA DE MOLDAGEM DE POLìMERO DE CLORETO DE VINILA OU CLORETO DE POLIVINILA, PELìCULA PRODUZIDA A PARTIR DA MASSA DE MOLDAGEM E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA PELìCULA OU DE UMA FITA DE PELìCULA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma massa de moldagem de polímero de cloreto de vinha ou cloreto de polivinila com 5 até 94 % em peso e um valor K de 50 até 90, bem como aditivos com 2 até 25 % em peso e um polímero, sendo que os % em peso, se referem ao peso total da massa de moldagem. No caso do polímero, trata-se de um poliéster semicristalino ou amorfo. Para este fim, o polímero de cloreto de vinila ou cloreto de polivinila em forma de pó, pélete ou granulado é misturado com os aditivos e acrescentado o poliéster semicristalino ou amorfo em forma de pó, pélete ou granulado. Para a produção das películas a partir dessa massa de moldagem, esta é plastificada, fundida e calandrada ou extrusada para formar uma película com uma espessura de 100 pm até 1 mm. Através dos estágios de processo mIme ou offline seguintes, essa película pode ser ulteriormente elaborada, por exemplo, mediante estiragem com um grau de estiragem de 1,3 até 7, especialmente de 3 até 4 para formar uma película mais fina, de alta retração.
