Abstract

INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO DE CALCINAçãO DE UMA CARGA MINERAL. Essa instalação compreende uma câmara de combustão (15) que compreende meios (53) de introdução da carga mineral conectados a um pré-aquecedor (27), meios (55) de combustão para manter dentro da câmara (15) uma temperatura compreendida entre 700°C e 900°C, meios (57) de introdução de um gás de tratamento de teor controlado em dióxido de carbono para se opor à dissociação do carbonato na câmara (15) e meios (61) de retirada da carga mineral calcinada que desembocam no resfilador (31). A câmara (15) compreende meios (51) de formação de um leito fluidizado. Os meios (57) de introdução do gás de tratamento são alimentados pelo menos parcialmente por pelo menos um conduto de derivação de (91) uma parte das emissões de combustão da câmara (15) provindo de meios de evacuação (21) dessas emissões na atmosfera.
