Abstract

MISTURADOR DINáMICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um misturado dinâmico compreendendo um rotor (2) acoplado a um eixo de acionamento (3) de modo a ser rotativamente disposto no interior de uma câmara de mistura (15) proporcionada no interior de um alojamento de rotor (1) . Pelo menos um primeiro e um segundo componentes (K1, K2) podem ser alimentados para o interior da referida câmara de mistura. De acordo com a presente invenção, o eixo de acionamento (3) compreende pelo menos um canal ondulado (31) através do qual o segundo componente (K2) pode ser alimentado para o interior da câmara de mistura (15) . A complexidade do dispositivo misturador é consideravelmente reduzida devido ao fato do segundo componente (K2) ser alimentado através do canal (31) proporcionado no eixo de acionamento (3) . Nenhuma conexão independente é proporcionada no alojamento do rotor para a alimentação do segundo componente (K2) o que possibilita ao alojamento do rotor ter um projeto extremamente simples e ser produzido de forma económica. Adicionalmente, a montagem e desmontagem das peças é simplificada, particularmente do rotor e do alojamento do rotor, que podem ser descartadas e ou limpas após o misturador ter sido utilizado, O misturador dinâmico de acordo com a presente invenção pode assim ser descartado ou limpo após o uso ou pode ser repetidamente reutilizado.
