Abstract
MÉTODO PARA RELATAR UMA MEDIÇÃO EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO MÓVEL, NODO B EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO MÓVEL E CONTROLADOR DA REDE DE RÁDIO DE CONTROLE EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO MÓVEL, QUE COMPREENDEM EQUIPAMENTOS DO USUÁRIO E UM NODO B CONECTADO AO CONTROLADOR DA REDE DE RÁDIO DE CONTROLE A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a obtenção de medições em uma taxa de bits atingida aos dados escalonados que têm uma taxa de bits garantida e são transmitidas em pelo menos um canal de dados de ligação superior dedicado por pelo menos um equipamento do usuário através de um C-RNC. Além disso, a presente invenção também se refere a um método para iniciar o controle da congestão para dados escalonados de pelo menos uma classe de prioridade da taxa de bits garantida em um sistema de comunicação móvel. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um C-RNC bem como a um controlador da rede de rádio de serviço que executa estes métodos. Para ativar o C-RNC dentro de um sistema de comunicação móvel para executar o controle da congestão para as transmissões de ligação superior que têm uma taxa de bits garantida, a invenção sugere o fornecimento do C-RNC com uma taxa de bits que é fornecida aos dados escalonados da classe de prioridade da taxa de bits garantida utilizando procedimentos de medição comum ou dedicada. Esta taxa de bits atingida é avaliada e tomada como uma base para decidir se o controle da congestão para dados da classe de prioridade necessita ser executado.
