Abstract

PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE METAIS VALIOSOS. A presente invenção se relaciona a um processo de obtenção de metais valiosos, tipicamente a base de metais, platina ou ouro, a partir de um material de alimentação. Em uma primeira etapa do processo da invenção, o material de alimentação contendo metais valiosos é moído para um tamanho de partícula d~ 90~ de 100 <109>m ou menos formando uma polpa ultra-fina. Em uma segunda etapa do processo da invenção, a polpa moida ultra-fina da primeira etapa é oxigenada passando em múltiplos passes através de um dispositivo de oxigenação estático de alto cisalhamento em linha (30), enquanto recircula em um tanque (28) ou em outro recipiente qualquer. O processo da invenção resulta em uma significativa redução do tempo requerido de lixiviação, um consumo de cianeto reduzido, um resíduo de ouro mais uniforme, assim como um volume de capital e gastos operacionais reduzidos.
