Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA CONVERTER OXIGENADOS A OLEFINAS. A presente invenção compreende um processo para conversão de oxigenados a olefinas, compreendendo colocar em contato em um reator (2) os oxigenados com um catalisador para produzir olefinas leves e em que o reator compreende pelo menos duas zonas, uma primeira zona em que gás circula a uma maior velocidade do que em uma segunda zona em que um gás circula a uma menor velocidade; e inserir uma quantidade de gás inerte na segunda zona para aumentar a circulação de qualquer material localizado na dita segunda zona. A invenção impede o acúmulo de subprodutos indesejáveis nas zonas de estagnação no reator e reduz a quantidade de coque depositado no catalisador ou nas superficies nessas zonas.
