Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA COMPENSAçãO DE TOLERáNCIAS NA FIXAçãO DE UM CORPO DE MONTAGEM ANEXA EM UM CORPO BáSICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para compensação de tolerâncias na fixação de um corpo de montagem anexa em um corpo básico, o referido dispositivo compreende um elemento de retenção (1), que pode ser ligado ao corpo básico e uma bucha de compensação alongada (8), que está em ligação com o corpo de montagem anexa, pode ser deslocável em relação ao mesmo e apresenta um canal (11) para alojar uma peça de ligação, que pode ser unida com o corpo de montagem anexa. A peça de retenção (1) e a bucha de compensação (8) estão ligadas uma à outra de modo livremente deslocável por meio de seções de parede (6, 7), que são lisas sobre um trajeto de deslocamento. O canal (11) da bucha de compensação (8) apresenta em uma direção transversal à direção longitudinal uma dimensão maior do que o diâmetro de uma peça de ligação. A peça de retenção (1) está formada de modo flexível em uma seção intermediária, situada entre uma região de fixação (2) com o corpo básico e uma região de alojamento para a bucha de compensação (8). Desse modo, são obtidas uma montagem simples e propriedades de compensação de tolerância muito boas.
