Abstract

PRODUTO DA LIGA AL-ZN DE ALTA DUREZA E ALTA RESISTêNCIA E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE TAL PRODUTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto trabalhado da liga AI-Zn, e a um método de produção tal produto, com uma combinação melhorada de alta dureza e alta resistência pela manutenção da boa resistência à corrosão, a mencionada liga incluindo (em % em peso): Zn 6,0 a 11,0 , Cu 1,4 a 2,2, Mg 1,4 a 2,4, ZrO,05 a 0,15 ,Ti <0,05, Hf e/ou V <0,25, e opcionalmente Sc e/ou Ce 0,05 a 0,25 , e Mn 0,05 a 0,12 , outros elementos cada um com menos de 0,05 e menos de 0,50 no total, o saldo sendo alumínio, onde tal liga tem uma microestrutura essencialmente totalmente não recristalizada pelo menos na posição T/10 do produto acabado.
