Abstract
MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAçãO EM UMA MáQUINA DE FABRICAçãO DE CAIXA DE PAPELãO. A presente invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo para uma máquina de fabricação de caixa de papelão, para transferência de um folheto de um primeiro dispositivo de transporte para um dispositivo sustentador de folhetos, o qual está compreendido em um segundo dispositivo de transporte. A máquina compreende um dispositivo de transferência, o qual é disposto para esticar e posicionar os folhetos, de tal modo que os dispositivos sustentadores de folhetos possam sustentar os folhetos sem que os mesmos acabem numa posição torta. O dispositivo de transferência apresenta uma superfície de base com um ou mais elementos carregadores colocados em uma linha que se dispõe em ângulos retos com relação à direção do transporte, de modo que o folheto, como resultado de ser capaz de deslizar sobre a superfície de base, é pressionado contra os elementos carregadores, como resultado da resistência do ar, do atrito contra uma placa de cobertura adjacente e/ou de forças centrípetas. A superfície de base do dispositivo de transferência é preferivelmente provida de diversas linhas de elementos carregadores, que são ajustadas para equiparar a distância entre os dispositivos sustentadores de folhetos do segundo dispositivo de transporte.
