Abstract
GAMA-UNDECALACTONA, PROCESSO DE PREPARO E UTILIZAçÈES EM COSMETICOS OU COMO ADITIVO ALIMENTìCIO. Gama-undecalactona correspondente à fórmula (I), na qual o ciclo-lactóníco pode portar uma insaturação entre o carbono n 2 e o carbono n 3, e é, de preferência,saturada e na qual R1 é um grupo alquenila ou alquinila em C~7~ portando pelo menos uma insaturação, eventualmente substituído e, de preferência, R1 é o grupo CH~2~ CH~2~=CH-CH~2~- CH~2~-CH~2~-CH~2~-CH~2~-, essa gama-undecalactona apresentando um carbono assimétrico em posição 4 e podendo ser deconfiguração (R) ou (S), bio-síntese dessa gama-undecalactona, e utilização em perfumaria e em aromática alimentícia.
