Abstract

PROCESSO PARA GRANULAR PARTìCULAS, E, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA. A invenção abrange um processo para granular partículas que produzem grânulos de tamanho uniforme, resistentes ao atrito, de fluxo livre e homogêneos. Quando utilizados com ingredientes farmaceuticamente ativos, tais grânulos podem ser ainda processados em formulações farmacêuticas de liberação controlada ou gosto mascarado. Particularmente, o processo pode ser utilizado para produzir uma formulação granular oral de etoricoxib, para tratar a dor e inflamação em pacientes que não podem engolir um tablete, tais como crianças jovens e idosos.
