Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO DE CODIFICAçãO VOCAL, APARELHOS DE ESTAçãO MóVEL E DE BASE DE COMUNICAçãO DE RADIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um codificador de som que tem um desempenho de quantização aperfeiçoado, enquanto suprimindo um aumento da taxa de bits para um nível mais baixo Em uma unidade de codificação de segunda camada (40), uma seção de cálculo de desvio padrão (408) calcula o desvio padrão cYc de um espectro de decodificação de primeira camada após a multiplicação de razão de fator de escala de decodificação e emite o desvio padrão cc para uma seção de seleção (409), a seção de seleção (409) seleciona uma função de transformada linear como a função para a transformada não linear do espectro residual de acordo com o desvio padrão cc, uma seção de função de transformada não linear (410) seleciona uma das funções de transformada não lineares #1 a #N preparadas de acordo com o resultado da seleção pela seção de seleção (409) e emite a selecionada uma para uma seção de transformada inversa (411), e a seção de transformada inversa (411) sujeita a transformada inversa (expansão) a um candidato de espectro residual armazenado em um livro de código de espectro residual (412) utilizando a função de transformada não linear emitida da seção de função de transformada não linear (410) e emite o resultado para um somador (413).
