Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA TESTE DE ESTANQUEIDADE DE TAMPAS DE RASGAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de transporte (30) linear para tampas de rasgar (20), as tampas de rasgar são testadas quanto à estanqueidade da selagem e da folha em um dispositivo de teste (9) integrado no dispositivo de transporte linear. A tampa é então sujeita, estanque a ar, entre um compartimento de pressão (43) e um compartimento de medição (47, 48, 49) e ativada com a pressão de teste pelo lado inferior. No lado superior, a tampa é ativada por um suporte no compartimento de medição e o aumento de pressão do ar provocado no compartimento de medição por uma eventual não-estanqueidade é identificado por um sensor e avaliado. No mesmo dispositivo de teste pode ocorrer também um teste de arrebentamento.
