Abstract
APARELHO PARA GASEIFICAR UM COMBUSTÍVEL. A invenção apresenta um aparelho (3) para gaseificar um combustível para formar gás natural sintético no qual também uma escóna (11) é formada. O aparelho (3) compreende:- um casco de pressão (1); um banho de escória (15); uma parede de gaseificação (4) disposta no intenor do casco de pressão (1) definindo uma câmara de gaseificação (2) compreendendo uma parte de parede convergente (14) que é provida de uma abertura de descarga de escória (5), localizada acima do fluido arrefecedor no banho de escória (15), uma trajetória de queda livre (10) para a escória (11); uma blindagem térmica (21) disposta acima do banho de escória (15) entre a trajetória de queda livre (10) e o casco de pressão (1), a blindagem térmica (21) compreendendo uma estrutura de parede para permitir passagem de um fluido refrigerante, a estrutura de parede compreendendo uma parte de parede superior (23) e uma parte de parede inferior (34). A parte de parede inferior (23) da blindagem térmica (21) é essencialmente livre de refratário.
