Abstract
BOCAL E APARELHO PARA CONTROLE DE FLUXO DE MATERIAL EM FUSçO NOS CONDUTOS DE UM CONJUNTO DE MOLDE. A presente invenção refere-se a um bocal (10) para controlar o fluxo de material em fusão em um conjunto de molde (50) que compreende um guia de pino de válvula (22) interposto entre uma entrada de bocal (16) e uma saída de bocal (18), um pino de válvula (20) suportado de modo móvel desse modo, e um braço de contato (30) engatando o pino de válvula (20) e transversal a e passando através do guia de pino de válvula (22). O meio de orientação atuando no braço de contato (30) mantém o pino de válvula (20) em uma posição que impede o fluxo de material em fusão. Quando o conjunto de molde (50) fecha, as forças exercidas no braço de contato (30) superam o meio de orientação e permitem que o pino de válvula (20) se mova para uma posição que permite o fluxo de material em fusão. O alívio de pressão de material em fusão retido é efetuado quando a força da mesma exercida no pino de válvula (20) excede uma pré-carga ajustável do meio de orientação. O bocal (10) vantajosamente compreende uma bucha de entrada (32) suportada de modo móvel pelo corpo de bocal (12) permitindo o ajuste do comprimento total do bocal (10) para acomodar uma faixa de espaçamento de elementos do conjunto de molde (50).
