Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA PREVENÇçO DE FLUXO DE ACUMULO ("SLUG") EM TUBULAÇÕES. São mostrados um método e um sistema para controle da formação de acúmulos de líquido ou de gás ao longo de uma tubulação. Em modalidades, uma unidade de injeção injeta um agente de redução de tensão superficial de líquido, tal como um espumante, na tubulação a montante do ponto alto. Uma unidade de controle pode ser usada para controle da unidade de injeção. Em certos arranjos, a unidade de controle ajusta a injeção do agente com base em parâmetros de interesse medidos. Em modalidades em que a unidade de controle utiliza medições de temperatura, um ou mais sensores de temperatura são posicionados ao longo da tubulação. A unidade de controle utiliza as medições de temperatura para determinar se uma condição predeterminada existe ou se um acúmulo de líquido ou de gás está presente.
