Abstract

PONTA DE INSERÇçO. É revelada uma ponta de inserção usada quando aço ou ferro fundido é trabalhado, nas quais porções redundantes são providas dentro dos furos de pino formados na ponta de inserção para encaixar inclinadamente um pino nos furos de pino, o pino servindo para fixar a ponta de inserção em um corpo de fresa de modo que mais pontas de inserção podem ser fixadas firmemente no corpo de fresa. Com essa finalidade, em uma ponta de inserção (200) incluindo furos de pino (210) e (220) que ligam entre si as superfícies, superior e inferior, de um corpo no formato de chapa, o corpo no formato de chapa tendo uma linha traçada em cada porção de canto, a ponta de inserção (200) sendo fixada em um corpo de fresa (100) por intermédio de um pino (300) encaixado nos furos de pino (210) e (220), porções redundantes (211) e (221) são formadas em uma direção da porção no sentido de cada porção de canto da ponta de inserção (200) entre porções laterais internas dos furos de pino (210) e (220) para impedir interferência entre os furos de pino (210) e (220) e o pino (300), se o pino (300) for encaixado inclinadamente a partir de uma porção de canto da ponta de inserção, onde a ponta de inserção é trabalhada, até a sua porção de canto oposta.
