Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA FAZER DOCE, PARTICULARMENTE PIRULITOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fabricar doces, particularmente pirulitos, compreendendo uma série de conjuntos de molde acionados de modo a circular, em que a série de conjuntos de molde compreende uma série de moldes inferiores e uma série de moldes superiores, em que os moldes inferiores e os moldes superiores são mutuamente móveis entre uma posição contatando um ao outro, em que o molde em questão é fechado, e uma posição aberta, em que o molde é aberto e o material de doce pode ser fornecido ao mesmo, bem como meios dispostos no dispositivo de modo a ser substancialmente estacionário com referência à série circulante de moldes para distribuir um ou mais jatos de fluido pressuri- zado em ambos os elementos de molde para tratamento de pelo menos uma parte de sua superfície interna.
