Abstract

TODO E APARELHO PARA TRATAR PASTA FLUIDA DE LAMA DE CAL QUE ESTA SENDO GERADA EM UM PROCESSO DE CAUSTICAÇçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento de pasta fluida de lama de cal que está sendo gerada em um processo de causticação em uma usina de polpa em um filtro de discos, método esse no qual a lama de cal é alimentada ao filtro, espessada nos discos de filtro e removida dos discos de filtro. A lama de cal é tratada em pelo menos dois estágios em um mesmo filtro de discos de uma maneira tal que a lama de cal que entra no filtro é alimentada em apenas uma parte dos discos de filtro, onde lama de cal é espessada e removida dos discos, e a lama de cal removida é- levada novaniente à forma de pasta fluida em liquido, e a pasta fluido de lama de cal é alimentada a uma segunda parte dos discos de filtro, onde a lama de cal é espessada e removida do filtro e conduzida a um estágio de processo subseqúente. A invenção também se refere a um aparelho.
