Abstract
C-GLICOPEPTÍDEOS GEM DIFLUORADOS, SUA PREPARAÇçO E SEU USO PARA A PRESERVAÇçO DE MATERIAIS BIOLàGICOS E/OU EM CRIOCIRURGIA. A invenção relaciona-se a composto C-glicopeptídeo gem-dif lucrado de fórmula (I) na qual N é um número inteiro entre 1 e 5, R^ 4^ = H, AA~ 1~, AA~ 1~-AA~ 2~ e R^ 5^= OH, AA~ 1~, AA~ 1~AA~ 2~, com AA~ 1~ e AA~ 2~ sendo independentes e representando aminoácidos com. uma cadeia lateral não funcionalizada, e R¹, R², Rü são grupos independentes e um deles é igual à fórmula (II), na qual n é um número inteiro entre 3 e 4, Y, Y' são grupos independentes nos quais Y, Y' = H, OR, N~ 3~, NR'R", SR" ', onde R = H, benzil, trimetilsilil, terc-butildimetilsilil, terc-butildifenilsilil, grupo acetato, R', R" = H, alquil, alil, benzil, grupo tosilato, C(=O)-alquil, C(=O)- Bn, R" ' = H, alquil, grupo acetato, R^ 6^ é um grupo H, CH~ 3~, CH~ 2~OH, grupo CH~ 2~-Glicosídeo, CH~ 2~-OGP no qual GP é um grupo protetor como um grupo alquil, benzil, trimetilsilil, terc- butildimetilsilil, terc-butildifenilsilil, acetato, e R^ 7^ = OH, OGP', NH~ 2~, N~ 3~, NHGP', NGP'GP" no qual GP' e GP" é ou não é um grupo protetor como um grupo alquil, benzil, trimetilsilil, terc-butildimetilsilil, terc-butildifenilsilil, acetato, e R^ 8^ e um átomo de hidrogênio H ou uma função de álcool livre ou protegida. Ele aplica-se notavelmente à preservação de materiais biológicos para criocirurgia.
