Abstract

VENTILADOR CENTRIFUGO. Trata-se de um ventilador centrífugo que compreende um invólucro (2) e um impulsor (5) que é montado no invólucro (2) e gira em tomo de um eixo geométrico de rotação definido (X). O invólucro (2) possui uma abertura de entrada axial, através da qual o ar é soprado no modo exaustão, e uma abertura de descarga de ar tangencial (7). A abertura de descarga tangencial (7) é delimitada por uma primeira borda (8) que é substancialmente paralela ao eixo geométrico de rotação (X) e fica localizada nos arredores do impulsor (5), por uma segunda borda (9) oposta à primeira borda (8) e espaçada do impulsor (5) e por duas bordas laterais (10), sendo que cada uma une a primeira borda (8) à segunda borda (9). O ventilador centrífugo tanibém compreende um complemento (12) localizado nos arredores da abertura de descarga tangencial (7), delimitada pela primeira borda (8) e possui uma superficie convexa (16) dentro do invólucro (2) e uma superficie de conexão (15) entre a superficie convexa (16) e a primeira borda (8).
