Abstract

FECHAMENTO PLANO DE AUTO-ABERTURA PARA EMBALAGENS DO TIPO COMBIPACK OU PARA RECIPIENTES OU BOCAIS DE GARRAFA A SEREM VEDADOS COM FOLHA. A 'presente invenção refere-se a um fechamento de figuras plano para embalagens do tipo combipack, assim como para recipientes e bo- cais de garrafa, a serem vedados com folha, compreendendo um bocal de despejamento (3), que pode ser fixado de maneira apertada sobre uma embalagem do tipo combipack ou sobre um recipiente ou bocais de garrafa que devem ser vedados com folha. Este fechamento inclui uma tampa rotativa (1), assim como um tubo de figuras (2) disposto dentro do bocal de despejamento (3), o qual pode ser ajustado em rotação por meio da tampa rotativa (1). O tubo de figuras (2) possui em sua borda inferior e afastado do mesmo três elementos de perfuração e corte combinados (5, 6, 7). Estes são dispostos em dois pontos opostos na circunferência, assim como em um ponto entre estes dois. No lado interno do tubo de figuras (2), estão presentes saliências em forma de unha (9, 10, 11) uniformemente distribuídas ao longo da circunferência e estendendo-se para o centro do tubo, com o eixo de unha (12) e a cabeça de unha (13). O eixo de unha (12) e o lado inferior da cabeça de unha de cada saliência atuam como guias para os segmentos de parede cilíndricos dispostos concêntricos ao eixo geométrico de rotação da tampa no lado interno da capa de tampa. A tampa rotativa (1) é conectada em sua borda inferior (25) através de pelo menos duas pontes de material (22, 23, 24) que correm em um sentido não radial à mesma e querem atuar como pontos de ruptura de referência, com um elemento de contenção plano (21) que pode ser conectado ao flange (20) do bocal de despejamento (3) com a ajuda de parafusos.
