Abstract
ELEMENTO DE CONEXçO SEPÁRVEL PARA MàDULO DE BATERIA SECUNDÁRIA E MÉTODO DE MELHORAR O DESEMPENHO DE MàDULO DE BATERIA ATRAVÉS DE NIVELAR A TENSçO. Descrito aqui está um elemento de conexão do tipo separação, que eletricamente conecta terminais do eletrodo de células unitárias. O elemento de conexão compreende dois ou mais corpos de conexão separados, que são conectados aos terminais do eletrodo correspondentes durante a montagem de um módulo de bateria secundária, e que são eletricamente conectados uns com os outros por elementos condutivos adicionais para completar o módulo de bateria. A presente invenção também fornece um método de melhorar o desempenho de um módulo de bateria que é capaz de conectar células unitárias em paralelo umas com as outras para nivelar a tensão das células unitárias enquanto o módulo de bateria é fabricado usando o elemento de conexão, especificamente, antes das células unitárias serem conectadas em série umas com as outras, ou enquanto o módulo de bateria é usado, desse modo minimizando a diferença de tensão entre as células unitárias.
