Abstract
SULFONAMIDO-MACROCICLOS E SAIS DOS MESMOS, UMA COMPOSIÇçO FARMACÊUTICA COMPREENDENDO ESSES COMPOSTOS, O MÉTODO DE PREPARO E USO DOS MESMOS. A invenção refere-se a sulfonamido-macrociclos de acordo com a Fórmula geral 1 e aos sais dos mesmos, a composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os sulfonamido-macrociclos e a um método de preparo de sulfonamido-macrociclos, bem como uso dos mesmos para fabricação de uma composição farmacêutica para tratamento de doenças do crescimento vascular desregulado ou de doenças as quais são acompanhadas de cres- cimento vascular desregulado, em que os compostos interagem eficazmente com a angiopoietina e, portanto, influenciam a sinalização ao Tie2. em que R¹, R²e R² têm os significados conforme fornecido na especificação e nas reivindicações.
