Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA DISPERSçO AQUOSA DE PARTÍCULAS COMPOSTAS DE POLÍMERO E DE SàLIDOS INORGÂNICOS FINAMENTE DIVIDIDOS, DISPERSçO AQUOSA DE PARTÍCULAS COMPàSITAS, USO DA MESMA, E, Pà DE PARTÍCULAS COMPàSITAS. A invenção está relacionada a método para produzir dispersão aquosa de partículas compostas de um polímero e um sólido inorgânico de grão fino (partículas compósitas). De acordo com o dito método, monômeros etilenicamente insaturados são dispersados em um meio aquoso e polimerizados com o uso de pelo menos um iniciador de polimerização via radicais, na presença de pelo menos um sólido inorgânico com grão fino e pelo menos um dispersante, de acordo com o método de polimerização em emulsão via radicais. A mistura de monômeros usada contém > 0 e 10 % em peso de pelo menos um monômero etilenicamente insaturado contendo um grupo epóxi.
