Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR METAIS E/OU PRODUTOS METÁLICOS PRIMÁRIOS A invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo associado para produzir metais e/ou produtos iniciais de metal, particularmente ferro gusa e/ou produtos iniciais de ferro gusa, nos quais, especificamente, um material particulado fino; material de carga contendo metal para processamento subseqúente; é introduzido em uma unidade de fundição, particularmente um gaseificador de fundição, na forma de um fluxo de meios consistindo no material de carga e no fluxo transportador de gás, enquanto utilizando um transporte pneumático e por intermédio de um fluxo transportador de gás. De acordo com a invenção, a introdução do material de carga sucede após remoção do fluxo transportador de gás e separadamente em pelo menos dois pontos de introdução de modo que pelo menos duas quantidades parciais do material de carga podem ser introduzidas independentemente uma da outra e continuamente ou de uma forma em lotes.
