Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO LUBRIFICANTE PARA TRABALHO A FRIO E MÉTODO DE TRABALHO A FRIO EMPREGANDO A MESMA. Uma composição lubrificante para trabalho a frio tendo boas propriedades lubrificantes e antiemperramento e sendo menos inflamável sem a adição de um composto de cloro e um método para trabalho a frio empregando o mesmo são fornecidos. A composição lubrificante para trabalho a frio compreende pelo menos um carbonato selecionado de carbonatos de metal alcalino e carbonatos de metal de terra alcalina e pelo menos um hidróxido selecionado de hidróxidos de metal alcalino e hidróxidos de metal de terra alcalina em um óleo de base lubrificante e que seja livre de compostos de cloro, onde o teor do carbonato na composição é pelo menos 10% em massa e menos do que 100% em massa e que o teor do hidróxido é maior do que O parte em massa e no máximo 5 partes em massa por 100 partes em massa do carbonato.
