Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR PRODUTOS USANDO UM MOLDE, MOLDE PARA CONFORMAR PRODUTOS, E, DISPOSITIVO OPERACIONAL PARA UM MOLDE. É descrito um método para fabricar produtos usando um molde que tem pelo menos uma cavidade do molde que é definida pelo menos parcialmente por pelo menos duas partes de parede móveis, em que o molde é fechado e as pelo menos duas partes de parede móveis são levadas para uma posição retraida em relação à cavidade do molde, para que o volume da cavidade do molde seja aumentado em relação ao volume exigido para que um produto seja conformado, em que material pelo menos parcialmente fundido é introduzido na cavidade do molde e, em seguida, em uma primeira etapa, uma primeira das pelo menos duas partes de parede móveis é posta em movimento na direção de uma posição deslocada para frente e, em uma segunda etapa, uma segunda das pelo menos duas partes de parede móveis é posta em movimento na direção de uma posição deslocada para frente, em que as partes de parede móveis são deslocadas para a dita posição deslocada para frente para a conformação do produto.
