Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FORMAR UM ORIFÍCIO DE ILUMINAÇçO MOLDADO EM UMA ÁREA PLANAR OU QUASE PLANAR DE UMA PEÇA FEITA DE COMPOSITO PRÉ-IMPREGNADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fazer orifícios de iluminação moldados (1) em áreas planares de peças (5) feitas de compósito pré-impregnado, por meio do que a peça (5) é disposta entre uma ferramenta fêmea (11) com a conformação final do lado do fundo da peça moldada e uma chapa de coifa (19) com uma conformação final do lado do topo da peça moldada, exceto na área (3) que deve ser moldada, a pressão P1 é aplicada na chapa de coifa (19), na área da peça (5) que deve ser mantida substancialmente planar; e uma pressão P2 é aplicada por meio de uma ferramenta macho (17) na área (3) da peça (5) a qual deve ser moldada em uma velocidade de avanço permitindo o fluxo da resina durante o deslizamento das fibras do material, de modo que ela possa ser deformada, adaptando-se à conformação da ferramenta fêmea (11).
